The University of Florida has research and education exchange agreements with over 45 universities, NGO’s government agencies in Brazil.  In addition, the FBLI administers the University of Florida’s Collaborative Agreements with CAPES to host students participating in the Science Without Borders Program, the UF-FAPESP faculty research grants program, and the UF-CAPES faculty working groups program.

Cooperative Agreements are designed to promote collaborative research, teaching, and extension between UF and foreign institutions ranging from NGO’s to Universities. The complete list of cooperative agreements can be found here.

Reciprocal agreements provide for the equal exchange of students between the University of Florida and an international accredited institution. They allow students to pay tuition at their home institution and gain course credit for courses they take abroad.  A complete list of the Institutions in Brazil with which UF has Reciprocal Exchange Agreements can be found here.
