In this event, we will share experiences and successes in promoting academic collaboration and student mobility, including opportunities for employment as professors in Ecuadorian universities. This topic will not only facilitate academic cooperation between the two universities but also offer UF students and researchers a deeper understanding of opportunities and challenges within the higher education system in Ecuador.
