Dr. Cristian Pérez Muñoz (Political Science) is this month's COLOQUIO speaker, with colleague Dr. Joshua Simon (Political Science, Johns Hopkins University). This workshop addresses different aspects of the political thought of Andres Bello (Caracas, 1781-Santiago de Chile, 1865) and José Victorino Lastarria (Rancagua, 1817- Santiago de Chile, 1888), two of the most influential political thinkers in Nineteenth-century Chile and Latin America.
