• Flávia Biroli, Dept. of Political Science, University of Brasilia; author of “Gênero e Desigualdades: Limites da Democracia no Brasil.”
• Wendy Hunter, Dept. of Government, University of Texas, Austin; author of “The Transformation of the Workers' Party in Brazil, 1989–2009” and “Eroding Military Influence in Brazil: Politicians against Soldiers.”
• Andrew Janusz, Dept. of Political Science, University of Florida, currently working on book “Race and Political Representation in Brazil.”
