MALAS 2016 alum Licínio Nunes de Miranda was recently featured in Brazilian documentary titled "Confederação do Equador no Ceará 200 Anos." Dr. Nunes de Miranda, a historian, offers insight on the Confederation of Ecuador rebellion in Ceará, a movement that opposed the centralizing policies of Brazil's first leader post-independence, Dom Pedro I.
