LAS WorkplaceExplore the characteristics of the Latin American work environment and prepare for a career working with or in the region, our close neighbor. This course features synchronous discussions with UF alumni who will share their experiences working in or with Latin America at different career stages and in a variety of professional fields such as business, government, non-profits, healthcare, and STEM fields. Course topics include developing leadership skills, building a global professional profile, navigating organizational culture, and learning about the growing Latino community in the U.S. workplace.
