I am interested in Latin American politics, as well as the politics of sustainability and development in the region. I am also interested in the politicization of the armed forces and praetorianism and corruption in Venezuela.

Experience

I served nine years in the United States Navy, where I worked as a corpsman/dental hygienist. Working in the military allowed me to travel the world and provide humanitarian assistance.
