Experience

Luísa received her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University in 2021 (with an informal focus in Cultural Psychology). Her own experience with ethno-racial contestation as a Brazilian studying in the United States motivated her to want to better understand when and how Brazilians may face an imposed identity renegotiation in this country, which she hopes to do during her time at MALAS.
