Experience

Brazilian, dynamic, extraordinarily communicative with expressive capacity for turning effective action into results. The challenging professional journey built in São Paulo, Brazil, in different business segments from insurance, telecommunications, passing through start up's relating to ethanol and electronic games, and consulting for change management and organizational culture development projects achieving a turning point in my career when I start a new phase engaging myself in managing a cultural organization.

Passion about life and different cultures revealed itself into an opportunity to explore the study of Art standing out the Flamenco dance practice. The participation in more than 1,000 cultural projects brought to the public in 8 years of Cultural Management gave access in all phases of the process of creation, realization, feasibility, and management working in a private and public integrated model. Highlights for these two projects: 1. Exhibition "Linguaviagem - em português nos encontramos." (free translation: "LanguageTrip - in Portuguese we meet"), with 500 square meters, at Itamaraty in Brazilia, Brazil. The request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the meeting of CPLP (Community of Portuguese Language Countries); 2. Project Design and Implementation to transform the Cultural Institution Casa das Rosas into a Museum.

The research I conduct in the MALAS program is an opportunity to broaden the knowledge and desire to study museums in Latin America, transcending the walls and physical spaces of the Museum.
