This 2-day workshop will introduce Global Education Competencies and will help teachers easily integrate global themes into their daily curriculum. The innovative uses of technology to connect across borders will be a key component of the workshop.

Why attend? To learn about ways to better prepare our students to navigate an increasingly more complex world where problem-solving and critical thinking needs to take local and global perspectives into account. Become a part of the district's newly forming global teacher leader cohort.

Who will attend? A cross-section of teachers across grade levels and subject areas.

What is included? Materials, meals, diverse speakers, engaging hands-on activities, ready-to-implement products developed during the workshop, 16 CEUs.
