Philip Williams, Director of the Center for Latin American Studies, and David Sammons, Dean of the International Center, represented UF at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. to sign a new cooperative agreement between the University of Florida and CAPES, the Brazilian Federal Agency for Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education. The new agreement formalizes UF’s participation in Brazil’s new “Science without Borders” initiative.
