Outreach
The Center's Outreach Program draws on the outstanding resources available at the UF to stimulate an interest in Latin America and the Caribbean and to provide current information about the region. The Center conducts outreach to business organizations, community groups, and K-16 educational institutions across the state and the nation. It also promotes cultural activities and organizes conferences and workshops on Latin America and Latinos in the US. The Center’s annual conferences, which are open to the public, bring scholars from throughout the US and Latin America to campus.
